Email support@joinconclave.app and a person will answer, usually within a day. If you’re signed in, you can also send feedback from Help in the app.

Signing in

Enter your email and tap the link we send. Links work once and expire after 15 minutes; ask for a new one if it’s expired.
On iPhone, open the link on the same phone and it opens Conclave directly. After you’re in, add a passkey in Settings to sign in with Face ID.
No email? Check spam for mail from concierge@mail.joinconclave.app.

Joining a group

Groups are invite-only. Open the invite link a member or owner sent you, read and accept the group’s rules, and request to join; the owner or an admin approves you.

A lost or stolen phone

Sign in on another device and use Settings → Sign out everywhere. It ends every session, revokes every device key and stops notifications. Then email us if you need more help.

Privacy and your data

See, correct or hide anything in your profile in Settings → Dossier.
Delete your account in Settings → Account. If you own a group with other members, transfer it first.
