Terms of Service
Last updated November 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Lead Magic Corporation (“we”), which operates Conclave. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and use your real name and your own professional profile.
- Keep access to your email and devices secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account; tell us at support@joinconclave.app if you think it’s been misused.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.
Groups
Anyone can start a group. The group’s owner and admins decide who joins, set the group’s rules, choose what members can see and do, and may remove members. You agree to follow the rules of each group you join. Owners can transfer, archive or delete their groups.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Conclave to:
- harass, threaten, impersonate or discriminate against anyone;
- send spam or unsolicited sales outreach to members who haven’t asked for it;
- share anything illegal, or anything you don’t have the right to share, including other members’ private information or messages;
- scrape, copy or export member data outside the features we provide;
- break or probe our security, or interfere with the service.
You can report content or members from the app. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us a limited licence to store, display and transmit it so Conclave can work: showing your posts to the groups you post in, delivering your messages, and building your profile as described in the Privacy Policy. End-to-end encrypted messages stay unreadable to us.
Profiles and introductions
With your consent, Conclave builds a professional profile from public sources and suggests introductions within your groups. Profiles and suggestions are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong; you can correct or hide anything about you. Introductions are a starting point: you decide whether to engage, and any deal or relationship that follows is between you and the other person.
The service
Conclave is free during its founding beta. We’re improving it constantly and may change or discontinue features. We’ll give reasonable notice before charging for anything, and you’ll never be charged without agreeing first.
Disclaimers and liability
Conclave is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free, or vouch for any member, their information or their advice. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Nothing here limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Conclave and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licence for already-shared posts, disclaimers, liability) continue after.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; for material changes we’ll notify you before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
